We create our own story.

That’s what Jason is saying.
That’s what I’m saying as well.

This is true for me.
This is also true for you.

WOW!!!

Language.
Words.
Story.

The way we bring them together creates our story.

The language, the words, the story we use most consistently shape who we are today and who we will become tomorrow.

That is the story of our life.

It’s true!

That’s how we Gain The Red Edge.

It really is simple.

So why do we make it so hard???
Why do I make it so hard???

Yes. Sometimes telling myself the best story is just plain HARD!!!

So what do I do when that happens???

Well…

Sometimes I’m just like a lazy old dog on a hot summer day.

Sometimes I sleep too long and I’m grouchy. I don’t work with purpose and lose sight of my goals. Sometimes I don’t believe I am strong, powerful, and good. Sometimes I wallow in the miring mud of self-pity.

Worst of all…

Sometimes I even purposefully ignore my own advice, like the “Power of Three” strategy I love teaching others.

So what does that make me???

Well, I’m guessing that makes me human.

You too???

Yep. We’re both in that sinking boat at times!

Human.
You and I.
Who knew it.

So let’s do something about it.

Let’s help each other out.

How do you get back up?
How do you create a better story?
How do you tell that story consistently?
