I so wish I could be at the NSA Influence in Denver this year! I will miss the energy, the ideas, meeting new people, and being with my NSAMW family…

Let’s talk about why I won’t be there…

Business this year has been extremely challenging. I have had the opportunity this year to intentionally lead through some very strong business challenges that have stretched me hard.
Our revenue has taken a pretty good hit, and we’ve had to dip into our retirement savings.
So, I made the wise and intentional choice not to go to Influence.

Let’s talk about why I share this…

The speaking/coaching/training business is hard. Too often we feel everyone has it all figured out, except us. And everyone else is doing peaching, except us.

It’s great to talk about our successes. We must talk about them. We must also talk about the challenges.

And we must talk about how we intentionally lead through the challenges.

That’s what makes this difference…

• I continue to rise in hope and soar in confidence.
• I continue to look for new opportunities to find and create.
• I continue to build and strengthen great relationships.
