Monday Morning Boost: And That’s Alright…

Monday Morning Boost: And That’s Alright…

A lesson in self-grace this morning…

I have been going nonstop for 4 days at the NSA – National Speakers Association Conference in Las Vegas. I have learned an incredible amount of great information. I have made great connections. I have actionable steps I can take.

I am focused on my Power of Three, which had its solid creation birth at conferences like I am today. Check out this experience I had at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within a few years ago.

But with all I have been doing, all the great energy I have experienced, and all the wonderful people I have created beautiful relationships with (including Victoria, a beautiful 72-year-old cashier at the Ceasears Essentials gift shop when I was looking for a pair of fingernail clippers)…

With all of this and much more, I have not been able to finish my Monday Morning Boost for today.

And that’s alright.

Sometimes things don’t work out as we wish, hope, plan, structure, etc.

And that’s alright.

I will finish the Monday Morning Boost and get it out sometime today. It won’t be all I wanted it to be. It will be late, obviously. And it may disappoint a few people.

And that’s alright.

In fact, maybe because it goes out later than planned on it may reach a few people who generally don’t open the email or read it on social media.

And that’s alright.

Now that I think about it… this just might become the Monday Morning Boost.

And that’s alright.

Have a great Monday. Thanks for letting me share!

Les

p.s. Take 13 minutes today to recognize today will be alright, no matter what.

RED EDGE LIVE – LES & ELISA PATTERSON: FIREWORKS COULDN’T KEEP OUR LOVE ALIVE

Our relationship started 33 years ago with fireworks (literally) on the Fourth of July… but fireworks couldn’t keep our love alive. Like most relationships, the fireworks of physical attraction were strong for Elisa and me. We enjoyed spending time with each other, we could talk for hours, and we always got along. Over time, however, the reality of a growing relationship, raising a family, going to school, paying bills and managing debt, vehicles breaking downing, health issues, and personal challenges took a toll on our relationship.

LOVE | CONNECT | UNITE

While life was hard, we focused on building a strong and forever LOVE, creating intentional CONNECTION with each other, and becoming more UNITED through a common foundation, vision, and purpose.

On last week’s Red Edge Live, Elisa and I shared how a focus on Love, Connecting, and Uniting can also empower you to strengthen your own relationship of love. We also introduced Red Edge Relationship Coaching.

POWER OF THREE

• LOVE – How do you intentionally grow your love with your spouse or partner?
• CONNECT – How do you intentionally create moments of connection?
• UNITE – What is your common foundation, vision, and purpose?
